A beautiful plot, located below the road from Lasa to Fyti. The plot is level and has stunning views across the Evretou Dam and the surrounding valley, down to the sea at Latsi and along the coast. There is a public road, and a short access on to the plot, by agreement with a neighbouring plot. The lovely old giant oak tree, which is well known in the area, and the spring beneath are just opposite the entrance to the plot. This area is currently being improved with stone walls and steps. One or two houses have been built close by, although out of sight, which will make the provision of electricity and water very much quicker.
