THE AREA

Not long ago, Peyia was a small, hillside village, surrounded by olive trees and grape fields, and several miles by donkey from the town of Pafos. In recent years, it has become very popular with both holiday makers and permanent residents, and it has now spread to become a thriving, and very popular area. Much of it's old charm can still be found within the village itself, which these days can boast a full range of tavernas and restaurants to suit every taste, as well as the usual necessary amenities such as banks and supermarkets.

Only 10 mins. drive away is the beautiful resort of Coral Bay, with it's two sandy beaches, bars and restaurants, sailing, and many other water sports. The town of Pafos is about 20 mins. drive away, and here can be found the main shopping area and market in Ktima, the upper part of the town, and the beautiful harbour and fort in Kato Pafos, at the foot of the hill. The international airport is half an hour away, while Larnaca airport is reached by fast motorway, a journey of around one and a half hours.

The whole area is close to miles of lovely coastline and acres of forests, offering excellent walking, bird-watching, and sailing.


THE APARTMENTS


The development is located in the upper part of Peyia, in a very commanding position, that consequently affords incredible views over the town of Peyia and the Coral Bay area, and the wonderful coastline between the airport to the east and the beginning of the Akamas Peninsula to the west. Built in several blocks adjacent to one another, the apartments are finished in an attractive colour scheme of pale blue and cream.


The shared swimming pool is in a paved area behind the apartments, looking towards the hillside. There is a parking area, under cover, allotted to each apartment.
