THE AREA

Tsada is a traditional village on a hill overlooking Pafos and the coast. Over recent years, it has expanded to become a very popular residential area, very close to the Tsada Golf Club, which is only 5 minutes drive away from the village centre. It is off the main road from Pafos to Polis, and boasts a beautiful church, and several tavernas.

The nearest supermarket is located at Mesogi, only 10 minutes drive away, and beyond that, it is only another 10 minutes to all the major shopping areas around the old town of Ktima, and from thence, down the hill to the attractive and historical areas around the harbour, including the old fort, the ruined castle of Saranta Colones, the ancient church, the Roman Odeon, and the Roman Mosaics. To the west, the coastal road leads to the lovely Coral Bay area, with its sandy beaches and various water sports facilities.

There are several excellent private clinics in Pafos, as well as the General Hospital. The Pafos/Limassol/Nicosia highway gives quick access to Pafos International airport, while Larnaca airport is another hour away.

THE HOUSE

This lovely 2 bedroom villa is brand new and has never been occupied. It stands at the edge of the village, and overlooks the beautiful unspoilt countryside, with magnificent views of the Troodos mountain range. The house has a rendered exterior under pitched, tiled roofs. It is part of a small development of similar houses.
