THE AREA

The house is located in the very attractive Stefanie area of Pafos, about 15 minutes from the town centre. It is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, mostly of individually designed houses. It enjoys several amenities, especially excellent restaurants and tavernas in the nearby Tala region. The shops include an excellent delicatessen, a pharmacy, and a planned small supermarket.

The monastery of Agios Neofytos is close by and there is also fast and easy access to the mountains and Pafos forest. Although Stefanie is very much a residential area, it is not far to the coastal areas around Kissonerga and from thence to the lovely Coral Bay area, and the coast out to the Akamas peninsular.

It is about 10 minutes drive to reach the main Pafos/Limassol/Nicosia highway, Pafos airport being off this highway about 20 minutes away, and Larnaca airport about an hour away.
